Founder of the Company, Engineer, CEO and Dad of 5 girls. He has always run his company with the philosophy that if you invest in your people they will invest in you and has backed it up by giving each worker a percentage of shares in the company.
Clinton Rademeyer
Neven Matthews (Pty) Ltd has appointed Clinton Rademeyer as its General Manager with effect from the 1st of July 2016. A qualified high voltage electrician, Clinton headed up Neven Matthews (Pty) Ltd and Mpumatech Stainless Tube (Pty) Ltd’s technical divisions from 1997. He was then promoted to Neven Matthews (Pty) Ltd production manager in 2009 and has been intimately involved with the day to day running of the company.
The change in leadership is in line with the company’s planned succession strategy and Clinton brings considerable experience to the implementation of the company’s initiatives.
